The Budokan is a good venue. Unlike a stadium, it's relatively compact with steeply banked seating on several floors, which means you get a good view from relatively close range wherever you are. I'll be there on Dec 2 :-)
I am so jealous of all who will get tickets........ its fantastic for Japan. Uumm I could fly over from Australia. Can anyone tell me - Are all the venues in huge stadiums?
Hi Alicia
We currently don't have any ticket info but as soon as we do we will be looking to offer fan club members the option to purchase tickets here as always. Thanks for the question.
Alicia,
Do you mean, the tickets pre-saled exclusively to the fan club members and the like? As far as I know, they are not issued, at least for these concerts.
Something like a dream to see Steve in Japan! I want them to enjoy their performances here in Japan as much as at RAH. Looking forward to seeing them this coming autumn and winter.
Steve, if you read this;
Your OZ/NZ tour finishes on Nov. 5 and the Japanese tour with Eric starts on Nov. 17. With approximately 10 days in between, I assume you will rehearse with Eric in Japan. Then, why not consider a few small gigs with your own band, at 1000-2000 seaters or even clubs?
This time you will play in front of a huge crowd, almost all of the venues big arenas with a capacity of 10000, more or less. The Japanese record companies are likely to re-release your back catalogues to commemorate with the tour. This is a perfect opportunity for you to prove your enormous talent to the Japanese, rekindle the interest in your albums and reestablish your popularity over here so...while you see a chance, take it!
Last not but least; I'd be grateful if you deliver your solo gig not only in Tokyo but also Osaka that is my hometown...
Apparantly Eric has got a short memory. I seem to recall hims saying on Wednesday at the RAH that this was the last show for now and they wouldn't be playing together for the next 2 years. This remark made me a bit sad, until i saw this great news about a Japan tour. Steve and Eric are truly dynamite together - second to none. So Suzy you will not be disappointed. Enjoy all you shows. Domo arrigato!

For the fans in Japan, will the fan tickets be available for the Japanese concerts on here?
