Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood have just completed a tour of Europe together, backed by an all-star band consisting of Willie Weeks, Steve Gadd, Chris Stainton, Michelle White, and Sharon John.
June 13 was the final show of the EC/SW European Tour in Istanbul. Check out the set list from Vienna
Fans have been treated to many rarities, including 'Midland Maniac' from Steve's 1977 solo debut album, and 'The Shape I'm In', a classic from The Band.

I saw Steve Winwood at Bethel NY just yesterday. I was totally blown away!!!! He was awesome and I also enjoyed his lead guitarist. Does anyone know his name. He was wearing a bandana on top of his head! Awesome!!!!

I liked Humble Pie & never forgot,but there is not too much mention of it these days....but I am sure happy that the man "w the clear voice"like in clear as a bell is still alive and very much kicking!!!

but things have to settle down and ....have its time
i was heading for the Swedish consert in Malmö Arena never been in Malmö (Sweden is a very "long" "state in EU" ) and getting down there hotel train tickets everything ok but no tickets in hand for the show ,i was nervous really nervous ,what the hell should i do down in Malmö if i couldnt get to see the show?
me and my twinbro my elder bro depended on that this fanclubticket system was ok
and im glad it did work out , no problems at all ,Thank you Admin (again)
and to the real issue The Show
it started up some 40 mins before the show filling up the arena (a great new arena can take about 15000 i read some where)
But when it all began ,,,the sound light the songs where rolling
it was like been taken to a much better place for more than 2 hours Steves Traffics Erics and not to forget Jimis and their old heroes songs was so wonderful to hear live
i wont ever forget that evening

13 th june in Istanbul there was a fantastic concert ! it was really fascinating. Winwood is a genius with his hammond and also Clapton is really a hero on guitar.
Unfourtunately they don't come to Turkiye usually but it's a hope, we have always hope that they come to Turkiye again..
?t was definetly one of the most delighted night in our life.
