Fabulous fabulous gig - and only 10 mins from hoem for me as well - how much better could it get ? .... well it did get even better - Midland Maniac was a number I didn't expect & it was a fantastic arrangement - highlights for me were Maniac & Georgia - lovely arrangement and following the reception Georgia got, maybe something for Steve to think of releasing as a single ... we'd all buy it - a #1 would be guaranteed :o) J
Amazing night loved every minute, last saw Steve at Corn Exchange Cambridge a few years ago, hope I don't have to wait as long to see him again. Love you Steve you are Brilliant, not forgetting the fantastic Eric Clapton of course!! Sue O'Neill
Seydisehir1 and markp, I must have been just behind you on row G. Still haven't come down from last night. Seydisehir, I guess it was you were having a ball. Still think my favourite was Georgia although it all seemed good to me. I am very jealous of those of you who will see them in London this week, what a treat! Enjoy.
What a fantastic experience!!! I have been looking forward to seeing Steve for some time, but could never make it to any recent shows. Last night made the wait very worthwhile... Steve was nothing less than excellent... and his support group was pretty kewl too!!! ;-) ...
Ouch!... SFX... sound of wet kipper hitting Nik's head as a staunch EC fan takes their revenge...
Blistering! Steve was playing a Sunburst Strat and Eric a Strat similar colour to SW's old faithful but as it had different pickups I don't think it was SW's. Both sounded great. By the sound of it you were sitting just to our left - yes folks after Midland Maniac he was moved!
Guys, it was utterly amazing..... They did MIDLAND MANIAC..... IT WAS A DREAM COME TRUE.... I WAS IN TEARS... they did Georgia in such a different way with everyone chippin in,, imagine Eric playing lead on the song...Split Decision brought the house down and Voodoo Chile was from JUPITER, Everyone CAME UP FROM THEIR SEATS.... THEY DID THE EC SONG SHAPE IM IN... i have to admit,,, Eric was on....and Steve was obviously business as usual....
PS: when they kicked off, Eric was using Steve's guitar and Vs... at least it looked that way as if they swapped guitars...
What a concert! Brought back memories of 1969 days with Blind Faith in Star Club Hamburg/Germany. Loved the fact that Steve and Eric went back to their roots. Brilliant light show! Thank you for playing 'Dear Mr Fantasy'. Best regards, Doris Valentine

Anyone take photos? How soon will the site post pics?
Foe me Steve's voice stole the show - just ahead of his genius on the hammond.
For those further down the tour you're in for a real treat!
